SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

 

Minutes of the Special Board Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees for the Village of Stanford, held at Alexzander’s Steak House, Normal, IL. @ 7:00PM

I.                   ROLL CALL:

Present:  5 – President John Owen, Trustees Jeremiah Pitcher, Homer Smith, and Nydra Owen.

Absent: 2- Trustee Jim Bridgewater and Trustee James Lozier.

Also present: Attorney Mark McGrath and Dottie McGrath, Mike and Pam Boitnott, Chief Ed Petrey and wife, Officers Loren LaMar and wife, Justin Ziller and wife, Lawrence Petrey III and wife, Randy Wilson and wife, Bill Patrick and Clerk Phillips and husband.

II.               NEW BUSINESS:

President Owen, Board Trustees and employees met at Alexzander’s Steak House in Normal, Illinois for a Holiday dinner. Chief Petrey gave a small speech thanking Street Superintend Mike Boitnott and Clerk Megan Phillips for all the help we provide him. Chief Petrey also rewarded Officer Lawrence Petrey III with a certificate for a job well done on a local narcotic bust. 

III:      MOTION TO ADJOURN @ 8:15PM

 

There being no further business to discuss, Trustee pitcher moved, seconded by Trustee Smith, to adjourn.
